Ryan K was our sales manager, he was excellent to work Very professional, not pushy at all, and he helped seal the deal with Our trade-in on our car and the car we were purchasing. I had issues with scheduling my appointment and when I came in it took all day for my oil change. I was not offered a car and I'm never able to get one because they are all gone. I was struggling to get in contact with anyone to confirm they had received my car that had been towed in. They make it easy to book online and keep up with what my car needs on my Hyundai app. Cons: Even a simple oil change takes much longer than going to a local place near my home, and while the warranty is great it is tied to me getting all my service done there, so rather than the usual 15min oil change, I usually wait about an hour and a half. Also, while it is convenient to book online, sometimes its a little hard to distinguish with option is a plain oil change. Last time my oil change was supposed be free, but I ended up being charged 100$. It wasn't their fault, but I wouldn't have picked the option with the extras they did so I was a little disappointed to have to pay so much.

Clement, and especially my salesman Raleigh are amazing. I stopped by last Friday night, 15 minutes before closing, but Raleigh was still enthusiastic, patient, and professional. By noon the next day, I was leaving the dealership in a great (new to me) vehicle. Every step the guys were friendly and helpful. I would recommend Clement (especially Raleigh) to anyone needing a new or pre-owned vehicle. I'm sure all the other salespeople are just as good based on the experience I had. Thanks Clement!

The car purchased was a nice, clean car. I would not say the salesman and managers there were much different than the typical stereotype - scammy, rude, and not overly helpful. They refused to negotiate and got extremely rude when we simply tried to negotiate. They also charged $250 to fill up the tires. Would not recommend coming here, aside from the car being clean and well-kept.

It can be challenging contacting your service representative. And when you pay you are charged almost a 5 percent fee. They use a service to take payments. Not happy about that as you have no choice. They did fix my car and gave a loaner at zero cost. Steve did take the time to explain the issue and the repair.

I cannot say enough great things about the new general manager at Clement Hyundai, Ben Hagan. After hearing about my concerns with my new car, he personally called me and told me he could make it right. I can tell he truly values his customers. He was very polite and courteous of my time. I was met at the door when I arrived. Not once did he blow off my concerns. He gave me a couple different options on how to make the situation right, and I left there today very happy with the service I received. Roman was also very helpful throughout the process. Overall great experience and love our hyndai. Tristan our sale rep was friendly and very low pressure. I only asked about extended warranties up front to help better understand how to protect the electronis and this went a bit sideways. Prefer to understand the costs up front on warranties, but it got messy. Other than that the factory warranty was longer than most and covered our needs at the end of the day. We love our tuscon so far and the overall experience.

Car is still under warranty with only 5,000 miles on it. Dealers such as Clement and St. Charles Automotive cannot find the problem with my inside lights that go on and off intermittently. And the brake pedal is so hard to press down to start the car sometimes. The battery was completely dead at being only 5 months old. Just bought a new 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid from Clement with Matt Korns our salesman. Matt was outstanding... showed us the ins and outs of the vehicle. Overall great experience and I would definitely buy again from Matt and Clement.

I am considering changing dealerships for my service needs. I let Clement know that I needed this to be a free oil change. Period. They kept coming to me in the waiting room to say that bogus items needed done. They even threw dried leaves on my engine air filter to make it look like it needed changed. When I refused they acted coldly towards me and didn’t vacuum my car. This kind of pressure makes a woman feel aligned and like I will be taken advantage of in the future.

About a year ago I purchased a vehicle from Clement Hyundai in Wentzville and wanted to share my experience. Initially, everything seemed great. The staff was friendly, and the buying process was smooth. However, my experience with repairs and warranty coverage has been disappointing. Just 30 days after purchasing the car, I brought it in for a scheduled oil change and was informed that the exhaust system was completely rusted out. When I asked about coverage, I was told that the warranty I purchased didn’t include the exhaust system because it’s considered a “wearable part.” My concern is that there’s no way the exhaust system rusted out in just 30 days—it must have been an existing issue when I bought the car. Later, during another routine oil change, I was told the front axle needed replacement. Given their 30-year/300,000-mile warranty, I assumed it would be covered. Even the service manager confirmed that it should be. However, it was ultimately not covered because the warranty company declined the claim. While I understand that warranty terms can be complex, I’m disappointed that significant issues with the vehicle weren’t addressed. I expected a higher level of accountability and support, especially given the dealership’s reputation and warranty promise. I hope Clement Hyundai takes this feedback to heart and works to improve their processes for addressing post-sale concerns. Customers like me depend on them to stand behind the vehicles they sell.
