I was very pleased with how well my situation was handled by the Clement staff. I was having issues with my paint peeling on my white 2019 Hyundai Sonata and I first went to the dealership in St. Charles where I purchased the vehicle in hopes to having the issue fixed. I was turned away and the issue wasn't fixed until I went out to the Clement location where Jon and Gabe were happy to assist and helped me get my car fixed. Top tier customer service and I am once again a very happy customer.

This is a really nice dealership that has a very modern setup and friendly associates. The lady that ran the service desk when I arrived was dismissive and couldn't answer my questions regarding maintenance and didn't and just showed me on my way at the end of my appointment. I never received a record of service or the results of my complementary multi point inspection that may or may not have been done because I never got a record of service. When I asked I was just told everything I needed including my keys were in my car.

This was my second visit to Clement Hyundai service. First was an oil change and this time for a recall. Extremely friendly people, and I was in and out faster than expected with a clean car!
Immediately greeted me when I arrived. Communicated what was being done and about how long it would take. Showed me where the waiting area was. Work was completed well below the estimated time and gave me an update on the work performed. Liked that they washed the vehicle!

Mi would never recommend anybody go to get work done at this location. I went to get my water pump replaced and they cracked the plastic around my radiator fan and they also screwed up a few lug nuts when I got my tires rotated. And besides that Jon at the service center has the worst attitude towards customers. Luckily I had to void my warranty to get the water pump replaced cause now I don’t ever have to come back.
