I have to give a huge shout out to Bryce and his boss Ben they went above and beyond for me in the car buying process. I looked at a lot of cars being so short and having blind spots in several cars they were very patient, listened and tried so hard to fill all my needs. Definitely will use them again in the future when I’m ready. If you’re in the market for a car definitely go see these two.

The car purchased was a nice, clean car. I would not say the salesman and managers there were much different than the typical stereotype - scammy, rude, and not overly helpful. They refused to negotiate and got extremely rude when we simply tried to negotiate. They also charged $250 to fill up the tires. Would not recommend coming here, aside from the car being clean and well-kept.

It can be challenging contacting your service representative. And when you pay you are charged almost a 5 percent fee. They use a service to take payments. Not happy about that as you have no choice. They did fix my car and gave a loaner at zero cost. Steve did take the time to explain the issue and the repair.

Had an excellent time with Jeremy. Shockingly easy and smooth transaction. Low to no pressure on a new car purchase, we will gladly come back for our next vehicle!

Overall great experience and love our hyndai. Tristan our sale rep was friendly and very low pressure. I only asked about extended warranties up front to help better understand how to protect the electronis and this went a bit sideways. Prefer to understand the costs up front on warranties, but it got messy. Other than that the factory warranty was longer than most and covered our needs at the end of the day. We love our tuscon so far and the overall experience.

Part of the service appointment was not completed. The issues were not reported to me. The service manager was not very polite.



Kevin is awesome. The Santa Fe was diagnosed quickly. I had to wait a day for the part. Everything has been great since.

This review is solely for sales associate Roman Adaway. He was the best salesperson buying a car ever. I later had a concern about a minor issue, and Roman responded promptly. The sales corporate manager, Ryan Pieske, responded on Roman's behalf and resolved the problem with great ease of professionalism. A terrible dealership to purchase a vehicle from! I inquired about the advertised sale price on a vehicle and the out-the-door figures. Raleigh, the internet salesperson, added $1200 of products to the sales price before the normal state taxes. He blamed this on Cars.com website. I explained this is not good business....I inquired about an advertised price and am not able to buy it at that price? He said no. This is there normal practice. I couldn’t love Alyssa more in the service department! She gets my car in immediately and is wonderful! She makes it easy and that is worth its weight in gold to me. She is pleasant, always meets me at my car with a smile and stops at nothing to take care of me!

Car is still under warranty with only 5,000 miles on it. Dealers such as Clement and St. Charles Automotive cannot find the problem with my inside lights that go on and off intermittently. And the brake pedal is so hard to press down to start the car sometimes. The battery was completely dead at being only 5 months old. Some of the questions below do not apply to me - you should have a category that has N/A.

Customer service is outstanding, I didn’t get a ‘hard-sell’ on things. I was able to schedule my servicing easily. My only hesitation in giving a 5-star was I felt the price on the service was a little steep. I would still recommend Clement Hyundai to anyone looking for a great dealership and a great vehicle.

Just bought a new 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid from Clement with Matt Korns our salesman. Matt was outstanding... showed us the ins and outs of the vehicle. Overall great experience and I would definitely buy again from Matt and Clement.

I am considering changing dealerships for my service needs. I let Clement know that I needed this to be a free oil change. Period. They kept coming to me in the waiting room to say that bogus items needed done. They even threw dried leaves on my engine air filter to make it look like it needed changed. When I refused they acted coldly towards me and didn’t vacuum my car. This kind of pressure makes a woman feel aligned and like I will be taken advantage of in the future.

This was the worse experience I've ever had purchasing a car. I have an entire list of mistakes and problems that happened. Not only will I never recommend your company but I will share my experience with everyone I can. No one should have to go through what I went through. I'm 61 years old and this is planning on being my last vehicle and what a horrible time it was, it should have been an excitinhling one.

First off let me say, “Awesome Experience”! The car buying “dance” has never been fun until this time working with my Sales Rep Ben Robertson. Bought a used vehicle, 2018 suburban. Day I drove it off the lot and bought it, check engine light came on. The next day wouldn’t start. Every morning it wouldn’t start unless tapping the fuse box. Took it to their service department, waiting five hour for the lady to tell me it was my fault because I shut the hood and broke the hood latch. Tyler was great to communicate with me my car's mechanical failure and keep me up to date on the repair progress.

Can usually never get ahold of anyone on the phone. Haven’t ever been since I bought the car brand new. Alyssa was rude over messages which was very unprofessional, other employees are very nice when arriving for work on the car, or oil change.

The service manager was not professional and did not make me feel welcome at all.


The warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Refuse to repair when the vehicle is clearly under the years and mileage. Was told after 2.5 months to get my car off their lot to make room for PAYING customers. Do not buy from them.

It's hard to get a quick appointment sometimes. I was in need of getting an emissions test as I already had expired plates. I talked to Jess in the service department. I think she said 7 days before I could get in. I asked her if I could be placed on a cancellation list and sure enough she did. A day or 2 later she called and the rest is history.

Sales rep was fantastic and worked to get my issues resolved even when it appeared management was wanting something else. Only issue of concern is slow processing procedures of after sales was no longer involved i.e. finance but mostly head office on final papers.

Hands down the BEST car buying experience! Ben was GREAT, honest, genuine, and upfront along the entire way. He listened to our needs and found us the best car! Financing listened and got us a great deal. Would definitely recommend Clement and Ben!

Bought used. Remote and paperwork not available when deal was done. Waiting 7-10 days for paperwork to title is poor customer service, it may be legal and is “a process” as I was told, but it is a reason that I will not buy from Clement again. Having to make a service appointment to have remotes programmed is also poor customer service! Why are remotes not checked before sale? Where is “the process” to ensure truck, title, and remote are all ready to go. I’ll go where “the process” is more customer friendly next time.

It was a very smooth process. From beginning to end everyone was easy going. If I were to need a new vehicle I'd definitely return.
